The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Dunedin. We had two rooms which had a door linking the two so it was like having a large apartment. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. Washing machine and dryer available in a laundry area. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. A great welcome and she had upgraded one of our rooms which gave us the extra room perfect for four friends travelling round New Zealand. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Parking directly outside the rooms off street.

The host Carolyn was exceptional. She accomodated all our requests and went out of the way to help us out as we were new to the country. The motel is centrally located and is just across the road from the University of Otago and there are many prominent schools around. There are many famous eating outlets and we found it very easy to find halal eating spots around this area. The room was very clean and tidy. We were more than happy with the choice of stay here.

Rizna

This motel was the cleanest motel we have stayed at in NZ. Absolutely perfect! I commented multiple times on how fresh everything was. We were extremely impressed. Location was handy to town, and the motel was nice and established with lovely tree's and a really homely feel. The lady on reception was just lovely, and very welcoming, which is exactly what you want when you are away from home. You can tell that the cleaners take pride in their job :)

We were met by an extremely friendly and efficient lady who helped out with our need to do some laundry straightaway. The room was clean, a little smaller than some we have stopped in, but good nonetheless. It's close to the lovely botanical gardens (convenient if you do Parkrun) and you could walk into the centre in about 15-20 mins so a good location.

The place was clean and well maintained. Service was offered daily to replace towels and empty rubbish etc which I thought was fantastic. Parking onsite was easy and even when it was fully booked they had plenty of parking spaces available.
